Rules for Renting
No hunting allowed.
We enjoy the wildlife and want you to be able to enjoy them too.
No ATV's and no fireworks, as this presents a fire hazard.
Pets are welcome with a $50 deposit.
Main house has a fenced in yard.
Your dog must remain with you or inside the fence.
They may be shot by area ranchers if found chasing their livestock.
Person making the reservations is responsible for any damages by their guests.
Any guest under 23 must be accompanied by gaurdian.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE PLEASE
